Product Introduction:
The Marabu SR series of German ink is a fast drying, gasoline resistant, and wind resistant ink suitable for mold making and oil spraying.
Marabu SR series ink is suitable for printing hard PVC, stickers ABS、SAN、 Acrylic fiber (matte strength) PC、 Pre treat PET film and cardboard. If hardener H1 is added for printing thermosetting plastics (such as melamine resin), thin anodic alumina, treated PA and POM, or painted substrates, good adhesion can also be obtained. High glossiness, it is the preferred choice for printing high-quality labels, stickers, display boards, various industrial texts, rulers, and film switches.

Characteristic introduction:
1. Dry physical ink that dries quickly. Drying at 20 ℃ for 5-10 minutes can be used for printing. Dry in a tunnel dryer at 50 ℃ for 20-30 seconds before stacking. If a high-efficiency and ventilated dryer is used, the temperature can be lowered to 40 ℃ to reduce damage to the workpiece.
2. Except for SR520536568823 and 839, the SR series ink contains pigments that are resistant to fading. For long-term outdoor use, we usually recommend coating the entire surface with printing varnish SR911. The pigments used in SR ink have the characteristics of solvent and plasticizer resistance.
3. After proper and thorough drying, the ink film exhibits good adhesion, scratch resistance, wear resistance, and adhesion resistance. SR ink has good resistance to gasoline (except for SR170). SR170 blackout white is not suitable for mold making due to high pigment accumulation (it is recommended to use SR070 or SR270 white). The use of SR ink with hardener can achieve high chemical and mechanical resistance. The temperature during the drying process of SR ink cannot be lower than 15 ℃, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the ink film.
